Phased Renovation To Revitalize Workplace and Employee Experience
This two year, three phased office renovation was done to help encourage the work force to return back to the office. With newly updated office areas, to new break rooms including kitchenettes, to a wellness center, to a new gym, which includes a golf simulator. With renovations, comes unforeseen issues that can be missed during the bidding process. Gen-Co with the help of all the other trades were able to mitigate these issues, and deliver this beautiful remodel on time.
