A Coordinated Renovation at the Ambassador Bridge
This 2025 project began as a small bathroom renovation, along with several additional improvements meant to bring new life into the historic Duty Free on the U.S. side of the Ambassador Bridge. What started as a modest update evolved into a highly coordinated effort, as the majority of the power distribution serving not only the Duty Free, but the Ambassador Bridge itself, needed to be carefully relocated.
Executing this work required close collaboration between our team, the General Contractor, and The Bridge. Through careful planning and constant communication, we successfully modernized the facility while ensuring ongoing operations remained protected. The result is a refreshed, state-of-the-art space supporting one of the region’s most important international crossings.
