High-Volume Logistics Hub Supporting Stellantis Operations
450,000 square foot ground-up logistics building that is used for transporting automobile components to Stellantis, which includes over 80 dock doors with electric dock levelers as well as an office area with a break room. Gen-Co provided design & build services, including electrical construction, for the facility.
